Japanese psychological thriller directed by and starring Shin'ya Tsukamoto. Kotoko (Cocco) is a psychologically disturbed young mother who we learn sees two of everyone - one good, one evil. These hallucinations cause her to self-harm as a way of grasping on to reality, but when the authorities take her child away to protect him from her, her life spirals even more out of control. Not only does Kotoko have to contend with her own paranoid delusions and the loss of her son but she also has a stalker (Tsukamoto).
